Since my first days teaching 20 years ago my work has always been about understanding children and the systems around them.
Over the years I've worked as a Headteacher in specialist and therapeutic settings, leading schools through some of their most challenging moments and helping rebuild systems around children who were at risk of being left behind. I've sat in annual reviews, written and rewritten EHCPs and worked closely with professionals across education, health and care.
But more importantly, I've seen how overwhelming this process can feel for families.
Plans become long, meetings become either technical or tick-box and clarity gets lost. My work now is about helping you get clarity again - making sense of what's already there, strengthening what matters and making sure your child's plan genuinely reflects who they are and what they need.
